Support for Trauma Survivors

Sometimes, past trauma can have an impact on pregnancy, birth, and parenting. If this is happening to you, you are not alone.

I take extra care to create a safe and empowering space for you to get the help you need.

For additional support during pregnancy or after your baby is born, consider joining the SMC program.

What is the SMC?

The Survivor Moms' Companion, or SMC, is a program that offers extra support to anyone coping with the effects of childhood trauma during pregnancy or with a new baby.
